The California Student Loan Debt Challenge
NextGen took part in the California Student Debt Challenge to help Californian’s access their fair share of the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, which cancels the remainder of qualifying public service workers’ federal student loans after ten years of work. As part of the challenge, we asked public service employers to agree to help their student borrower employees learn about the PSLF program, check their eligibility, and apply for loan forgiveness before the deadline.
